I've been going to this hair salon for over a year now. I moved out of Hamden but still make the 20 minute trip every week for a wash and set. It was only 2 ladies before new management took over. Since then, Carmen remained, who continues to do a great job with wash, sets and blow drys. The owner does a decent job. She employed a new girl who seems to match Carmen's skills. Overall, worth the money and time waiting for them to get to you.
